This is an independent SemperDev reference and study app, not a Florida government service. Statute text is sourced from the Florida Senate's published 2026 Florida Statutes. A published edition may not incorporate later amendments or court decisions. Check the source and effective dates before relying on a provision.

On-device study data

Bookmarks, highlights, notes, reading history, quiz progress and preferences are stored on your device. The app does not upload these study records to a SemperDev account. Ordinary app updates preserve the separate user database. Removing the app or erasing its data can remove local records; operating-system backups may retain copies according to your device settings.

Subscriptions

Apple processes iOS payments. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription status, transaction information, an app-user identifier and technical device/app information to enable access, restore purchases and manage subscriptions. RevenueCat also processes subscription and paywall interaction information for analytics, including understanding purchase flows and subscription performance. These records may be associated with an app-user or device identifier. SemperDev does not receive your payment-card number. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Optional AI questions

Before sending an AI question, the app asks for your agreement to share that question and relevant statute text with Google through Firebase AI Logic and the Gemini Developer API. Technical request and app-integrity information is also processed to operate and protect the service. Canceling the consent prompt does not send your question.

The app uses the unpaid Gemini service. Google may retain and review prompts and responses, including human review, and use them to improve its products. Do not submit personal, confidential, sensitive, or case-identifying information. See the Gemini API terms, Firebase privacy information, and Google's privacy policy. Clearing a question in the app does not erase copies already processed by Google.

Security and technical data

Firebase App Check uses platform attestation to help prevent abuse. Service providers may process IP addresses, app/device identifiers, operating-system information and request metadata for service delivery, security and reliability. No security measure is a guarantee. The app does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone or photos for its text-only study features.

Support, retention and your choices

If you email support, we receive the information you send and use it to respond. We retain support correspondence and service records as needed for support, operating the app, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Provider retention follows their applicable policies; no fixed deletion period is promised here. You may request access, correction or deletion of information held by SemperDev by emailing the address above. Some transaction or legally required records may need to be retained. Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions or delete provider-held data.

Sharing, transfers and children

Data is shared with the providers described above to operate the app, when you request it, or where required by law. Providers may process data outside your state or country. SemperDev does not sell your personal information or include third-party advertising trackers in this app. The app is not directed to children; its AI feature is for adults. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Subscriptions & Terms

You can preview the app's screens before subscribing. Access to protected content and tools requires an active Pro subscription. Prices, billing periods and any eligible introductory offer are shown in Apple's purchase confirmation. A trial is available only when Apple confirms eligibility.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Restore Purchases reconnects eligible purchases made with the same Apple account. AI requires internet access and can be temporarily unavailable due to provider limits or service interruptions.

The app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page does not replace Apple's purchase terms or promise a particular legal outcome.
